Dr. Adrian provides top quality care, and has wonderful compassion and concern for the well being of his patients...once you see him. On my 4 visits, and waited over an hour in the first 3 and 45 minutes on the last visit. Maybe if they had a policy that stated that all co-pays are refundable if patients wait more than 30 minutes, they would improve.

Dr. Adrian has a calm confidence that shows me I can trust him. Asked frequently what I thought as he discussed options. I am so relieved that he is to be my surgeon!

I asked his PA, Caylee Kidwell, as she was giving me an injection about gym workouts. She was so nice to listen to my worries and helped me understand how far to push myself.

The check-in staff was really helpful and friendly too. Set the mood for a good experience.

Choosing AOA was an incredible success!

I originally was scheduled to see Dr Halphen about my left knee. Dr Halphen explain to me I had a few things going on simultaneously in my left knee. After looking at my case he was kind enough to take the time (while I was in office) to consult with Dr Adrian. As a result I was transferred over to Dr Adrian who was also very kind and very detailed in his explanation of the multiple issues that I am currently having with my knee. He also detailed all the treatment options and the possible ramifications of treating or not treating each issue. I am currently in the process of making a decision going forward.
He did recommend I try an injection in the meantime to help me manage the pain and mobility issues associated with my knee until a definite decision is made.
All this may be standard procedure for them, but for me it was a huge relief. I feel comfortable that I actually know what's going on and what my options are. I actually woke up the next day feeling better for the first time in a while. (Obviously the injection is helping!)
I have to work, I have so many people relying on me in life and this type thing scares me. I can honestly say I feel much better about my future prospects after talking to both doctors knowing what options I have going forward.

PS: My appointment carried over into the lunch hour, they did not forget about me or leave me in the exam room waiting. (That's actually happened to me a few times throughout my life lol) When I was leaving almost the entire office was empty, I'm assuming for lunch break. I think Dr Adrian sacrificed at least part of his lunch break to make sure I got the injection before I left, And I am thankful for that.

Dr. Adrian is a good doctor with good bedside but scheduling is atrocious. Whatever time you schedule an appointment, plan on not seeing him until 60-90 minutes past your scheduled time. Every single appointment I had, whether it was morning or afternoon was a minimum of 60 minutes late - even my surgery was delayed 2 hours. They need to work on not scheduling so many people in a day and they won't fall so far behind.

I was asked to be at appointment 20 minutes early and on top of that I waited another 45 minutes before I was called back. Once in back it went fairly quick and this was first appointment with Dr. Adrian and he seemed very knowledgeable, and professional. I will go back to see him about 6 weeks and discuss my issues more

I know my issue is very complex and Dr. Adrian knows that too. He made sure that I felt validated and believed, which I don’t always get the luxury of as a chronically ill woman. Also, he didn’t immediately try to cut me open like a lot of doctors have in the past for my issue. I would definitely recommend him!

Dr. Adrian is amazing! He is very thorough and really takes the time to listen to his patients. I was really impressed with his caring demeanor as well as his knowledge and in depth discussion of symptoms and treatment options. I would absolutely recommend him to everyone I know! His staff was also wonderful and very helpful!
