I brought my daughter in as a new patient and our experience wasn't comfortable. The office is very outdated, tons of files displayed on the back shelf untidy. The equipment looks very old as well as the furniture for patients to sit on. The place smells musty and the carpet had what looked like dog hair. There are photos of a German Shepard dog displayed on the walls which was very odd. None of the employees were dressed professionally in scrubs, they were wearing regular home clothes. When Dr. Bette was cleaning my daughters teeth she used this bottle of pink liquid that looked very old and disgusting. She continued to put her fingers in my daughters mouth, to pen and paper and back again to her mouth. The most shocking part was upon leaving, there was an empty dark room to the side that had a large German Shepard in a dog crate, it was sleeping. I don't feel this place is sanitary for anyone and I will not bring my children back to this dirty place.

Dr. Bette is an excellent dentist. Her staff is also very friendly and proficient in their jobs. She is a former student so I know she is very ethical as well. I would highly recommend her. Ruth Wood

Excellent Doctor, excellent Staff. She was highly recommended due to my great fear of any sort of working in my mouth. My fears have greatly been altered all due to the cooperation and communication with staff, but most importantly, getting a very nice, extra warm towel to clean my face - keeps me returning every six months.

I never get numbed up enough when I get cavity work done and am always in so much pain. During my most recent visit I was getting two cavities filled and didn't get numbed enough on the bottom...it was the second most painful experience of my entire life. I am definitely looking for a new dentist.

Had a crown done twice and tried to get info on said crown and was told there was no file on me. So if she messes up she will not record it. She even got rid of my family's records. Thankfully I found my records so I can tell my new dentist where she $ucked up.
