C.Rae Properties managed many residence buildings over these past three decades. They were never rude to me, maybe because I was always polite with them. They were very helpful to me when I desperately needed a place to live. I understood that the apartments were older, would have some maintenance issues, but nevertheless could be satisfactory to reside in. I always appreciated C.Rae Properties dearly.

Wichitas definition of a slum lord. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them! I’ve never met someone who just has so much ugly in their sole! No sympathy for anyone, and will take advantage of whoever. God doesn’t like ugly and your day will come. God bless you.

This company uses maintenance workers with no license , no qualifications and no insurance that puts people and property at risk !
Many of the owners ignore the city and state codes even after they are notified !
The company C-Rae properties and the owners rarely pay their bills on time !
The company will cheat the people they hire and try to negotiate all the invoices.
I would stay completely away from this company and many of these types of property slum owners !
There is a variety of rentals to choose from in Wichita that have honest
people and better managers.
It is in you and your families best interest to avoid this company and their sly owners at all cost ! !

Kris is a slumlord and a terrible person. Very rude. Houses aren't maintained. Lots of roaches.

Just don't maintenance you pay they will find a way find e reason not to pay they will Kris sins slumlord will not help with anything all to save a buck evicted my 72 year old father while in hospital when I said kriss sins I misspelled on purpose

this lady got us to work on her building for four days she refused to repair the issue instead she chose to bandaid it when confronted about it the black mold roaches and harmful conditions she refused to pay her bill.lady is a sheister and a slum lord.

I lived in a rental that I fought roaches and bed bugs over a year. Never late on rent. She took my deposit because I told her I was moving in one month. She said I should of wrote a letter.

Well even if u are the perfect tenant you will not get your deposit back. Nice land lady tho but could improve.
