Stay away fr Dr. Khan. I saw this doctor after Centrum cancelled 2 consecutive appointments (with Buckner and then Mesquite). I was told this clinic was only 11 miles from my house and it was not. I was scheduled for a yearly PHYSICAL. I refused to answer questionaires about emotional and mental health bec these questionnaires were out of place for a PHYSICAL. Dr. Khan was not ready to see me -- had yet to log in to the computer and pull my name. Unprepared. Then she didn't know why I was there. I complained about the 2 cancellations, she acted concerned about the cancellations and said she spoke w/ the Manager who was making a call to clarify why cancellations were made. Then the Ofc Mgr came in asking me why I was there and what my issues were - after I already told Dr. Khan and she said she already discussed with Ofc Mgr. So I said, Again? Long story short, Dr. Khan acted very apologetic yet behind my back referred me to a mental health counselor. IF YOU DISAGREE IWTH THIS CLINIC or COMPLAIN ABOUT HOW YOU HAVE BEEN TREATED (2 cancellations in a row) THEY WILL CREATE A MEDICAL ISSUE FOR YOU. Do not go there.

I recently saw Dr. Khan at Centrum Health and was very impressed with my experience. Dr. Khan was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns. They explained everything in a way that I could understand and made sure I felt comfortable asking questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Khan to anyone looking for a great doctor. She has been so helpful in getting my thyroid back to normal. I appreciate her and her wonderful staff.

I’m glad I found Dr. Khan. She listened carefully to me while explaining my problem and pain, and referred me to the right specialists I needed. I was struggling to find a PCP to do this. Great experience with Dr. Khan

I was referred to Centrum / Dr. Ayesha Khan by my insurance company for my wellness visit. Prior to appointments, I always rely on Google reviews because consumers tell the truth. Dr. Khan received exemplary ratings so I moved forward and was able to be seen within a few days.
Prior to my appointment, I had the pleasure of speaking with office manager, Hailey, who was friendly and helpful. She assisted with my questions and again confirmed my appointment. I also spoke with Estelle who contacted me to gain additional information on my current medications, etc.
I arrived at my appointment yesterday and was greeted by Estelle at the front desk who requested I complete a brief questionnaire while I waited. I wasn’t half done when Samantha, a medical assistant called to take my vitals. Samantha was pleasant, professional and had a sense of humor which I needed – I get nervous at the doctor’s office!
Dr. Khan arrived soon thereafter and we spent ample time reviewing my medical history. Very thorough, she wrote notes throughout my visit and I knew she was listening. My blood was then taken by Medical Asst., Carla, (who never left a bruise!), who explained next steps. Check-out was simple and the staff made me feel as if I’d been a patient for years.
I’m unsure where the negative reviews came from; this facility was immaculate, well cared for, and all staff were professional and kind. It’s important when visiting any business to be mindful how YOU treat those who do their best to serve you.
I’ve had well-educated physicians in the past, but with icy personalities. Dr. Khan has a warm bedside manner and is an excellent health provider. I encourage those seeking health care in North Dallas to first ensure she participates in your insurance network, then plan a visit. I promise …it won’t “hurt!”

I have been seeing Dr.Cummings for over a year now and she's the best doctor I've ever had, everyone at Centrum are great! The ladies there make you feel welcome, they are very caring as well. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Dr. Khan is top notch! The best. I wish she was not with this mess of a system. Her staff and overall, Centrum Health care system is a frustrating mess. If you're looking for quality care and a positive Experience steer clear.
